Trade and Industry Tower

Located in Kai Tak, the Trade and Industry Tower consists of 22 storeys above ground and a single storey basement, accommodating an Office Tower, a Community Hall and car parking spaces.

BYME was commissioned to provide building services that help the tower to acquire green building certification.

Some of the Building Services strategies taken into account during the design and construction phases include:

• innovative technologies such as, Building Integrated Photovoltaic and Solar Panels installation at roof
• state-of-the-art building operation which includes Lighting Control System, Central Control and Monitoring System, Air Quality monitoring, and Building Energy Management

Eventually, the tower achieved BEAM Plus Platinum and LEED Platinum ranking.
