Team Building: Growing together towards Engineering Excellence

This year marks a significant milestone for BYME – 35 years of innovation, teamwork, and dedication. To commemorate this special occasion, we recently held a company-wide Team Building event that brought together over 100 colleagues from all corners of our organization. From management to frontline staff, from veterans to our newcomers, it was inspiring to see such a diverse and talented group come together as one.

The day was filled with hands-on problem-solving and collaboration games centered on our event theme: Engineering Excellence. Through engaging activities, we deepened our understanding of the vital elements that drive success – clear communication, effective division of labour, and the courage to embrace innovation.

Beyond the games and friendly competition, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for us to strengthen connections, share experiences, and learn from one another. As our Managing Director, Karen CHEUNG, shared during the event: “It was a day of fun and growth, reminding us to appreciate our team members’ work, as everyone plays an important part and contributes to the company’s success.”
